The Beverly Hilton's rooftop restaurant is a breezy, flavorful scene. DJs spin at one end of the open-air dining room while bowls of artful fresh hummus, fired-to-order laffa, chicken schnitzel sandwiches, crudos and other Cal-Med cuisine from h.wood Group chefs Michael Teich and Burt Bakman (SLAB) lead to plenty of exclamations and stolen bites from diners all over the restaurant. Be sure to stop by at brunch, when you can find dishes such as babka French toast and an extremely delicious brisket Benedict (sporting, you guessed it, Bakman's SLAB brisket).
