On weekdays, Rosie’s also offers large catering orders geared towards offices and other small businesses. Named after the owners’ one-eyed rescue pup, Rosie, these hand-rolled bagels come straight to your doorstep. Amazing while fresh, they’re even better when lightly toasted, and thanks to their modest size, these delicious bagels don’t leave you with a carb hangover. If not for Rosie’s limited availability, we’d easily rank it above Courage or Layla Bagels.
