Rose Cafe x Roberta's Collaboration Dinner

Brooklyn mainstay Roberta's is joining culinary forces with Venice hot spot Rose Cafe for a one-night-only collaborative dinner that will have your taste buds buzzing. The team behind the hole-in-the-wall pizza joint will, of course, be serving up signature pies—from the Bee Sting Pizza with tomato, basil, chili oil, mozzarella, sopressata, and honey to the Speckenwolf Pizza topped with oregano, mozzarella, crimini mushroom, speck and red onion. Rose Cafe's beloved cacio e pepe pasta will make an appearance, but don't expect the regular menu to be on offer. Think signature highlights from both eateries and a slue of surprise collaborative dishes worth venturing.
