As the weather dips there's nothing like a hearty tray of pasta. Uncle Paulie's Deli knows this, so the sandwich destination is teaming up with two killer groups to bring us all an evening of Italian-American excellence.
This Saturday catch the Uncle Paulie's Beverly Grove location joining forces with Monte's Sauce—a family company out of New York jarring its generational tomato sauce recipe that's now over 100 years old—as well as Social Distance Dining, a local outfit that arranges takeout dinners and events. Together, they're serving up a comforting menu of baked pasta with a few treats to keep the magic going at home later.
The $40 meal includes a tray of baked ziti—made with Monte's, naturally—plus mozzarella-stuffed arancini and garlic bread, which you can take home or enjoy at one of Uncle Paulie's distanced patio tables along Beverly. It also includes a bottle of Monte's, not to mention a bottle of Uncle Paulie's house-made Calabrian chili spread, because everyone can use a little comfort and nothing says comfort like a red-sauce night.
