The bakery HQ, which has been supplying pastries, baguettes, cookies and tarts to owner Bruce Marder's other well-known establishments like Capo and Cora’s Coffee Shoppe for years, finally got its own storefront in 2011. Show up for breakfast (the handmade bagels are unequaled), and while you're there, stock up on a few of the classic Olive Country loaves.
