Bringing together an intimate group (parties range from 12 to 36 diners) under twinkling lights in a Downtown loft, Re Creo showcases executive chef Jean Valcarcel's love for adventurous cuisine. Valcarcel, who previously worked at Bestia and the now-shuttered Mo-Chica, crafts an ever-changing, multi-course meal that revolves around a theme; beer, wine and cocktails are also offered.
