Sustainable seafood crusader chef Michael Cimarusti is ringing in 11 years at his wildly successful restaurant, Providence, with an exclusive four-course tasting menu. From Tuesday, May 31 through the month of June, the lauded chef will turn out an evolving menu, including signature dishes like The Ugly Bunch, assorted shellfish with smoked crème fraîche panna cotta, and the wild king salmon served with miso mustard, apricot and pork belly. As a throwback to the restaurant’s year of inception, the prices will drop to those of 2005 (an homage highly welcomed by our wallets). Score a table at $90 per person and toast the 11th anniversary of this LA staple with a glass of bubbly.
