After working for Mr. Chow in Manhattan for 25 years, Chinese transplant Philippe Chow opened his own Asian fusion restaurant in West Hollywood; the location has since moved to this Beverly Hills venue. Boasting a wide range of dishes from seafood to duck to beef, the upscale restaurant has no shortage of options to choose from, even for vegetarians (try the hand-pulled noodles with vegetarian sauce). If you want to play it safe, there are a variety of dumplings, but for the more adventurous—and willing to splurge—a 7-pound Peking duck has your name on it.
