Phillip Frankland Lee and Margarita Kallas-Lee expanded their Encino restaurant empire to include Pasta Bar, a multi-course Italian tasting menu that sits adjacent to both Sushi Bar and Scratch Bar & Kitchen. Expect handmade pastas with ingredients like clams and black truffle; house-made sourdough to start with the likes of toro ’nduja; seasonal antipasti plates; and artful desserts such as calamansi budinos.
