Paramount Coffee Project DTLA (CLOSED)

Fairfax's charming Aussie coffee shop heads to the ROW development project for a sunny menu of all-day fare. Slightly more adventurous than what you'll find at its original location, PCP DTLA includes items like uni toast and the craveable lumpia sausage roll, a nod to both the Aussie staple and chef Ria Barbosa's Filipino heritage. There's coffee, of course—roasted onsite—plus house-made milk blends and fresh pastries, to round out the offerings.
