This tsukemen-style ramen shop makes its own noodles in-house daily, to dunk into a rich three-day pork broth, and even a vegan broth, and can be topped with house-pickled veggies, chacu pork, chasu ribs and soft-boiled eggs. Of course there's traditional ramen, too, plus gluten-free noodles, all-natural sodas and iced matcha tea to round out the menu.
