At this Sierra Madre establishment, locals and families stop in for root beer floats, milkshakes and ice cream made daily in flavors like salty chocolate, cinnamon, cornflakes and raw honey. Karen Klemens handcrafts her ice cream using local, seasonal produce (keep an eye out for the organic strawberry that makes an appearance each summer) and Strauss, organic milk. The ice cream shop also features canning classes and workshops.
