Time Out says

As the force behind Asian-inspired late night markets, cocktail tastings and annual food gatherings from coast to coast, food festival and marketing platform Luckyrice knows a thing or two about finger-licking grub. Come September 22, the company is teaming up with artisan noodle makers Sun Noodles to spotlight one of Angelenos' favorite late-night snacks: ramen. At Slurpfest, hungry noodle-lovers can head to Downtown LA's Millwick (800 E. 4th Pl.) for a 4-bowl flight of SoCal's best ramen in town, from Redondo Beach's Ramen N.A.O. to Downtown's Ramen Hood inside Grand Central Market. Slurp up a bowl in 13 minutes (the average time ramen is consumed in Japan) before moving to the next one and treating your taste buds to another savory spoon of comfort. As Luckyrice says, "think of it as speed dating, ramen style."
