Smack dab in the middle of Hollywood, Los Balcones is a traditional, rustic Peruvian joint, where you can find plantain fritters, ceviche and all the pisco your heart desires. Marcos Tello has crafted the cocktail menu here, including Peruvian classics (like a fantastic pisco sour) and house-infused pisco libations. An impressive happy hour lasts from Noon to 7pm, Monday through Friday.
