After closing in 2018, Roy Choi’s mission-driven everyday restaurant is back, sans the Kogi founder himself. Now run by business partner Daniel Patterson and Atla’s Keith Corbin (who got his start at the original Locol), Locol 2.0 specializes in soul food. A handful of the original offerings, including Choi’s infamous “foldies” (mini quesadillas) and $10 vegan-friendly sandwiches, are also available.
