Formerly a Denny's, this retro-style diner got a makeover from the folks behind Ace Hotel Palm Springs, the hotel to which it's attached. The menu of solid fare hits the spot whether you're looking for a full meal (burgers, fried fish tacos) or a snack between pool lounging and a nigh on the town (avocado toast, marinated beet salad).
