Kansas City Style BBQ

Come down from your Fourth of July high with meat—lots and lots of meat at the Kansas City Style BBQ, held on July 5 at Wolfgang Puck at the Hotel Bel-Air. From 4:30-8:30, diners will be elbows deep in ribs, brisket, sausages and prime cuts, along with traditional sides, salads and desserts. Celebrate even more with additional wine and beer pairings.
