Jinya DTLA

Downtown's own Jinya is now open, which means Tokyo ramen master Tomonori Takahashi’s bowls of broth and craveable noodles are all on offer. Expect 13 signature bowls, featuring five kinds of broth simmered for 10 hours, in addition to combos, and small plates such as tuna tacos. What's more, DTLA's bar exclusively stocks more than 100 bottles of sake—perfect for sampling after a long day at the office.
