Hinterland and The Bruery beer pairing dinner

Indulge in a special beer pairing dinner at The Hinterland, when The Bruery pairs up with the Santa Monica hot spot for a three-course meal featuring some of the brewery's best pours. An octopus greek salad is paired with a Belgian style pale ale, pork shoulder is matched with a comforting winter beer, and caramelized apple bread pudding is served alongside a Beligan style brown ale. Seatings are available at 6:30, 7:15, 8 and 8:45pm.
