Gunsmoke's tightly curated menu integrates ingredients that reflect the kitchen team’s collective experiences as children of immigrants—and features creative dishes that might not appeal to their parents, but would most definitely please most Angelenos. A spirit-forward cocktail list from Lost Property's Rhino Williams rounds out the offerings at Gunsmoke, which takes its name from the mid-century Western radio show once recorded in the very same space.
