Time Out says

The newest addition to Culver City’s Citizen Public Market, Go Go Bird is a fried chicken and gyoza concept from Brandon Kida of Hinoki and the Bird that dates back to the early days of quarantine. The former pop-up’s expanded menu includes Kida’s cult favorite fried chicken, which come in tenders, wings and sandwich form, as well as by the half bird. Go Go’s luscious gyoza, which customers previously received frozen via Tock takeout orders, now arrive freshly pan-fried and doused in chili oil and a soy-vinegar blend. This is pure takeout-friendly comfort food, given a fine dining chef’s gourmet treatment—all at a highly accessible price point.
