Time Out says

Next to Factory Kitchen—and originating from the same hospitality group—comes this sleek new Spanish restaurant in the Arts District. Led by Catalan-born chef Mònica Angelats, Flor y Solera celebrates Spain’s 17 distinct culinary regions. Despite the authentic bonafides, the highly refined cuisine here generally lacks wow factor, though the robust tapas menu provides plenty of tasty fodder for diners looking to drop in for bar snacks. Impressive starters like the boquerones y pisto con crema fría de tomate—which combines anchovies, gazpacho and a light red pepper sauce—and a standout rabbit entrée might compel you to stay for longer than that, but we found the food here mostly lacking in flavor. A standalone bar dedicated to sherry, as well as Andalusian wines by the glass, might also prove compelling for wine lovers.
