Git along, li'l doggie, with an entire century's worth of food truck history at the Autry Museum's Flavors series, which always shines a spotlight on the cuisine of the West. This iteration will be serving the historic flavors of oyster cocktails, tamales and other street food, with a side of history, of course. Then, make your way to the current era with a modern sampling of food carts from the chefs of today. Each ticket includes food, access to the galleries and the garden, and of course presentations by chefs and food history experts, who'll be discussing the evolution of the chuck wagons that initially fed the cowboys.
