West Hollywood’s buzzy, upscale restaurant Fig & Olive is playing host to an exclusive, five-course wine pairing dinner this Tuesday with Napa Valley’s Frank Family Vineyards. Think five sumptuous courses of locally driven, Mediterranean-inspired fair, from a delicate Hamachi crudo with preserved orange and basil olive oil to a tender prime rib eye steak served with leeks and romesco sauce. Kick start the meal with a palate-cleansing sparking rose alongside passed hors d’oeuvres and finish with a fresh plate of sweet figs topped with whipped lavender and honey cream and a glass of Late Harvest Chardonnay.
