Evan Funke's Roman Pasta Dinner

If you mourned the closing of Bucato as much as we did, you'll be ecstatic to learn that chef Evan Funke is back—at least for one night, dishing up his famous pasta at Hedley & Bennett's apron factory for a Roman feast. Starting with a cocktail hour at 7pm, the night proceeds with a five-course dinner that includes homemade pasta and, hopefully, his famous porchetta. Other dishes are still to be determined, but whatever chef Funke makes, we know it'll be mind blowing. Tickets can be purchased here.
