A Figueroa staple that's holding down some of Highland Park's Latin flavor, Delicias serves some of the Eastside's best pan dulces, not to mention cakes, aguas and house-made quesos. And, oh yeah, it's one of the only totally vegan-friendly Latin bakeries in town.
