Who says that too many cooks in the kitchen has to be a bad thing? This Monday, California brasserie, Terrine, will be hosting chefs Greg Denton and Gabrielle Quiñónez Denton from Portland, Oregon's OX Restaurant for a collaborative pop-up dinner. The restaurant will feature a $55 prix-fixe menu of live-fire prepared dishes inspired by the OX chefs' new cookbook, Around the Fire. Enjoy a series of grilled, charred, smoked and roasted dishes like the charred corn empanadas, ember-cooked prawns and smoked beef tongue. Guests will have the chance to speak to the chefs and purchase cookbooks. Be sure to call ahead or reserve online.
