Christophe Émé pop-up at Papilles

For three nights, Michelin star chef Christophe Émé is taking over Papilles bistro in Franklin Village for a special pop-up dinner. For $75 per person, guests can enjoy an elegant five-course meal with choices like a fois gras terrine with fruit chutney, beef carpaccio, asparagus with ricotta and Swiss chard, pork belly, fresh pasta and more. Each course has vegetarian options as well, and reservations can be made by phone.
