Wolfgang Puck is hosting a celebration to welcome the Year of the Dog, complete with some gorgeous views of the city. The most eye-catching of all, though, could be the pop-up night market, with its six live cooking stations slinging squid-ink shrimp steamed dumplings; roasted Peking duck garnished with pineapple, scallions and sesame bao buns; and mochi waffles. As you make your way from food stall to food stall and sip your included cocktail, catch performances by dragon dancers who'll be fully decked out in traditional Chinese garb. Reservations are required, so give 213-743-8824 a ring and secure your spot.
