Be part of a decadent collaboration at the new location of Scratch|Bar + Kitchen in Encino, when chef Philip Frankland Lee teams up with visiting chef Kwame Onwuachi (The Shaw Bijou in Washington D.C.) to prepare an eight-course meal.
