C. C. Beau Deli

This little cheese-and-sandwich shop shares a storefront with a florist, so there's plenty to hold your attention while waiting for your sandwich. The deli stocks gourmet cheese and Boar's Head cold cuts, piled high on fresh bread. Pick up fancy sodas and take them down to the beach (where else would you go when you're that close to the water?). Be prepared to pay island prices though; a sandwich and drink can get you close to $15 or higher.
