The Tokyo-founded ramen chain known for its yuzu shio broth has landed in L.A., opening a sleek, modern ramen-ya that features a full bar, indoor and outdoor seating, and even touchscreen ordering systems. AFURI offers takes on classic broths, blending shio and tonkotsu together in one bowl, and crafting a tantanmen with hazelnut in another. It also offers noodles available served in broth, as well as tsukemen-style, which get dipped into the chain's savory soups, plus a range of house-made dumplings available steamed or fried.
