That’s the gist behind Neon Carnival, arguably the premier party surrounding Coachella (though it’s unaffiliated with the fest itself). It’s also about as invite-only as major Coachella parties come; you’ll need to luck out and win a ticket or find an in with Bolthouse Productions or a participating sponsor to procure a wristband.
