This spring, “The Cadillac of Reservations” is coming to Los Angeles. For one weekend only, from April 24 to 26, diners will have the chance to enjoy a decadent meal (for free!) from Beverly Hills’ La Dolce Vita while sitting inside the Cadillac Escalade IQ , the brand’s all-electric SUV.

Following its success in New York, where Cadillac collaborated with COQODAQ, the Flatiron District’s trendy fried chicken and champagne spot, the luxury car brand is launching its dining experiment in Los Angeles, Miami and San Francisco.

Cadillac and La Dolce Vita will be offering three seatings per night for parties of two. Reservations are available on Resy on a first-come, first-serve basis. The Escalade’s second row will transform into an intimate setting, with dinner served on stowable tray tables, a curated playlist humming through the car’s 40-speaker audio system and a virtual fireplace to simulate a cozy vibe. Your reservation runs for an hour, and the meal is fully covered by Cadillac.

Here is when reservations will open for each available date:

  • For April 24: April 21 at 10am, here
  • For April 25: April 22 at 10am, here
  • For April 26: April 23 at 10am, here

A Beverly Hills staple and a former haunt of Frank Sinatra’s, La Dolce Vita experienced a post-pandemic rebirth after a multi-year closure thanks to restaurateurs Marc Rose and Med Abrous of the hospitality group Call Mom. The Cadillac pop-up will feature La Dolce Vita’s Italian classics like its signature spaghetti and meatballs and branzino piccata. The restaurant has infused its old-school Italian menu with local produce from California, as well as in-house curing and fermentation methods.

Look for Cadillac’s next installations in Miami with COTE Korean Steakhouse and State Bird Provisions in San Francisco later this summer. They might even be worth a trip to a different city!
