1. Scope out 160 pieces from 65 artists at Laluzapalooza. This free, annual juried group exhibition housed inside of the Soap Plant/Wacko complex is open from 11am to 7pm.
2. See sets from Joel Kim Booster, John Early and Chris Estrada during Kristen Schaal and Kurt Braunohler’s Hot Tub. Though advance tickets to the 8pm show at the Virgil are sold out, a limited number of $8 cash-only tickets are available at the door.
3. Explore an interactive installation inspired by all things sweet at Candytopia. The pop-up at Santa Monica Place is open from 10am to 8:30pm. Tickets cost $30.
