Following the closure of Oakland’s only In-N-Out location earlier this year, the popular chain has announced the opening of four new burger joints in Southern California some time in 2025.
According to Eater, the new addresses include Avalon Boulevard in Carson, North Euclid in Anaheim, East Ventura Boulevard in Oxnard and Foothill Boulevard in Sylmar.
KTLA, the outlet that first reported the news, also mentions that the 3,879-square-foot Anaheim location—located just off the 5 between Disneyland and Knott’s Berry Farm—will boast a 698-square-foot covered patio and a drive-through lane that will accommodate up to 31 vehicles.
We have no doubt that you’ll start seeing the drive-through lines spilling over into the street as soon as they open. After all, In-N-Out is an extremely popular chain that has earned its stripes since first opening in Baldwin Park by in 1948. Now headquartered in Irvine, the fast food company primarily operates in California, where there are a total of 286 locations, but also boasts a presence in other American states, including Arizona, Nevada, Colorado and Texas. In 2023, the chain announced plans to open various other destinations in Tennessee by 2026 and in New Mexico by 2027.
Just in case you’ve somehow yet to grab some fare at the famous fast food operation, here’s a piece of advice: In-N-Out is known for its “secret” menu, which features variations on their presented burgers. All you need to do is ask for your order to be prepared “animal style” (extra grilled onions, spread, pickles and mustard) or “protein style” (lettuce over bun). You’re welcome!
