Washed Out

Atlanta's Ernest Green is Washed Out, the purveyor of some woozy and fractured, beats-based, sun-bleached, post-house psych-pop. Proof of his hipster cred? His song "Feel it all Around" is the theme song of Portlandia. His first album, Eyes Be Closed, was the archetypal record of the short-lived chillwave movement, but on the follow-up, Paracosm, he's taken a slightly more lo-fi, psychedelic approach.
