The four young guys in Tokyo Police Club—which hail from exotic Canada, not Japan—play peppy little songs with a punk undertone. Now four albums into their career, they'll be playing songs from the latest, Forcefield—which, from what we've heard so far, sounds as joyous and full-pelt as ever—at this LA stop on their spring tour.
