Remember when a bunch of folk and British rock icons played the Empire Polo Club and people dubbed it “Oldchella”? Well, ’80s metalheads, now you too can have your very own “Oldchella” moment—assuming you don’t mind borrowing from your 401K to pay for the very pricey tickets. A half-dozen iconic metal bands are coming together for Power Trip, the latest fall music fest from Goldenvoice to be held on the same grounds as Coachella. Guns N’ Roses, Iron Maiden, AC/DC, Judas Priest, Metallica and Tool top the lineup for the three-day event, held from October 6 to 8.
