Boris

Though nominally hard rock or metal, Japan's powerful Boris is, like its American stylistic cousin the Melvins, more accurately a protean elemental force, as capable of droning experimentation as it is of heavy thrash. The band veers eclectically and erratically from shoegaze to noise to stoner blues.
