Black Lips

Fun, messy times are pretty much guaranteed at this NYE gig at the Lodge Room. Atlanta’s scuzzy garage heroes Black Lips are pop songwriters in the grittiest way imaginable; submerged beneath the fuzz are some killer hooks and choruses. The band is usually excessively ribald on stage, which is fun to witness—if you’re far enough away.
