Thoroughbreds screening and reception

Come dressed in your best “polo and pearls” attire for an advanced screening of Thoroughbreds, an off-kilter thriller set in an amoral upper-crust East Coast world. Though the dark comedy doesn’t come out until March 9, you can see it over a week early with a themed reception with cocktails, food and activations to immediately follow this screening at the iPic in Westwood. The film stars Olivia Cooke and Anya Taylor-Joy as suburban girls seeking assistance from a local hustler, played by the late Anton Yelchin, as they set out to straighten the matter of an oppressive stepfather.
