Time Out says

Los Angeles residents interested in boosting their home cooking game can check out one of the dozens of courses provided by BLVD Kitchen in Los Angeles. Some of their most popular courses are included in their BLVD Basics series. These are 90-minute classes designed to teach students the essential steps of cooking popular dishes that can be modified to fit your family’s tastes. For instance, there is a Sheet Pan Supper class that discusses how to make an easy weeknight dinner with whatever’s available in your kitchen. Some of the other basic cooking courses include Chicken Basics, Fantastic Fish, Main Dish Salads, and Simple Soups. BLVD Kitchen also has a Baking 101 series, which are also 90-minute classes that cover popular baked treats like sugar cookies,  fruit cobblers, and a delectable cornbread with maple butter.

More advanced home cooks may prefer one of BLVD Kitchen’s culinary workshops. These are longer classes (two to three hours) and require a bit more expertise in the kitchen. If you’ve got a young child in your family who enjoys cooking, their kids’ courses could be a great fit. These are shorter 60-minute classes and show children how to safely create simple foods while building their creativity and confidence. Some of the BLVD Kids programs include Fancy French Toast, Oreo Truffle Bonanza, and Rice Krispy Treats. Many of BLVD Kitchen’s courses are offered live online as well, so students who live outside the LA area can attend as well.

Aside from their in-person cooking classes, BLVD Kitchen can provide private cooking lessons in your home. They also have catering services, mixology lessons, and kids' cooking parties, which are excellent for birthdays, graduations, and other celebrations for a budding young chef. For their busiest customers, BLVD Kitchen also offers a 90-day membership to their class library, which includes hundreds of on-demand cooking lessons available to stream.

Folks who have attended a cooking class at BLVD Kitchen report having positive experiences. The classes are described as fun and engaging, and many people say they would take another class here if given the opportunity. The lessons are easy to follow, and students feel excited to use the techniques they learn in class and at home to impress friends and family.
