The oceanside restaurant will feature à la carte items inspired by Oscar nominees. There's Imitation Game-inspired salmon tartare, beef tenderloin rosini with seared foie gras—“The Legendary Pairing”—a la American Sniper and a Valrhona chocolate torte for The Grand Budapest Hotel. A viewing party will begin at 4pm, where guests will have the chance to fill out Oscar ballots and win a prize, followed by a broadcast of the awards at 5pm.
