Join chef Ricardo Zarate and some of Food & Wine's Best New Chefs for two unique dinners celebrating the opening of his latest resto, Paichẽ, a contemporary Peruvian izakaya in Marina del Rey. Guest chefs Naomi Pomeroy of Beast PDX and Jamie Bissonnette of Coppa will be on hand to help Zarate spread the table with traditional Peruvian dishes created with Japanese techniques. On tap and rounding out the evening's menu will be a whimsical selection of signature cocktails created by the in-house bartenders.
