In this joke-off at the Paramount in Boyle Heights, an impressive 64 comedians, each equipped with their best one-liner, compete in a sudden-death battle of wits; after 90 minutes, only one champion remains. Emily Winter hosts and previous winners Andrew Orolfo and Camille Theobald judge a lineup that includes Rebecca Kohler, Matt Kirshen, Brian Bahe, Jared Goldstein and more. Tickets benefit the Pitty Committee, a nonprofit that saves at-risk pit bulls and related breeds from euthanasia at California animal shelters.
