Sure, the movie is important, but the food trucks, guys, the food trucks. There’s enough food on wheels at each Eat|See|Hear event to feed an army—tacos, grilled cheese, ice cream—but you’re not going to be able to sample everything. We’ve narrowed down the best bites to line up for at each screening; this weekend, catch Almost Famous showing on May 23 at The Autry in Griffith Park. Here’s what you should be noshing on:

Spicy Feta Fries at Good Greek Grub: This dish starts with Greek fries (French fries sprinkled with oregano, salt and pepper), then adds crumbled spicy feta cheese for an extra kick. Because regular fries aren't addictive enough, right?

The Yinzer at Steel City Sandwich: If you didn't pack a sandwich for the movie, The Yinzer at Steel City is your next best bet. Served "Pittsburgh Style" (stuffed with fries and Italian slaw), your choice of meat comes with provolone cheese, a fried egg and a tomato, all between two thick slices of Italian bread.

Quattro Formaggi Pizza at Rock n Lou's Pizza: What's better than cheese pizza? Four cheese pizza. Rock n Lou's sells "pizza tubes" with pies of all varieties, and the quattro formaggi is one of their best—mozzarella, fontina, Parmesan and truffle crumbles are topped with kalamata olives.

The Heirloom Panino at Farmer's Belly: Farmer's Belly is a farm-to-truck concept, slinging dishes made with organic and humanely treated ingredients. There's a lot to choose from here, but you should probably get The Heirloom Panino, which features heirloom tomatoes, a creamy mozzarella and provolone blend, and house Russian dressing on farmers' market sourdough.

Ice cream sandwich at Coolhaus. The possibilities between ice cream flavors and cookies here are endless, and it all depends on what Coolhaus has on hand that evening. But you really can't go wrong—especially when their salted caramel ice cream is involved.

For a full list of available food trucks, check out the Eat|See|Hear food lineup.

Looking for somewhere to hang in Los Feliz after the movie? Here's where to go.
