Sure, the movie is important, but the food trucks, guys, the food trucks. There’s enough food on wheels at each Eat|See|Hear event to feed an army—tacos, grilled cheese, ice cream—but you’re not going to be able to sample everything. We’ve narrowed down the best bites to line up for at each screening; this weekend, catch Back to the Future showing on July 11 at Centennial Square at Pasadena City Hall. Here’s what you should be noshing on:

Tacos at Say Fish Taco: You can get a number of fantastic tacos at this food truck—shrimp, blackened salmon, beef—but whatever you get, we highly recommend adding their cauliflower rice to your order.

Connecticut roll at Cousins Maine Lobster. Served warm with just a light sprinkling of butter and lemon, this lobster roll is, hands down, one of the best in LA.

Chicken Roggiano at Romolo's Italian Cuisine. This Italian-inspired food truck serves everything from mozzarella sticks to fettuccine alfredo, but skip the messiness that might come with eating pasta from a truck and instead order the Chicken Roggiano, an Italian quesadilla. A sourdough tortilla is stuffed with grilled chicken, spinach, mozzarella cheese, lettuce, artichokes and tomatoes, and it's pretty damn incredible.

Butterscotch pudding with sea salt at The Pudding Truck. What is this magic? The Pudding Truck serves old-school, stove-top pudding with number of toppings, and the butterscotch and sea salt combo is a dream.
