1. See a massive solo exhibition of 200 politically charged, beautifully colored works at Shepard Fairey's "Damaged."  The free gallery show begins its regular hours today, from 11am to 6pm at 1650 Naud Street in Chinatown.

2. Celebrate Robata Jinya's 7th Anniversary with a multi-course dinner at the celebrated ramen spot. Seatings start at 5pm and cost $48 per person.

3. Watch future box office hits as well as niche, indie gems at AFI FEST. Today's schedule includes three of our must-see picks, I, Tonya at 7:45pm at the Egyptian Theatre and, over at the Chinese Theatre, Happy End at 7pm and The Other Side of Hope at 9pm.

For more events, check in with Time Out throughout the day.
