Summer: It's almost in the rearview mirror, along with all the glorious outdoor screenings that allowed you to drink a cocktail while standing on a rooftop or sitting in a cemetery watching Dirty Dancing. As if feeling our pain, Rooftop Film Club will continue their successful summer series for 22 more nights in the month of October, including some Halloweeny titles including straight-up horror films and more family-friendly flicks (and yes, one more screening of Dirty Dancing). As usual, the screenings take place on the rooftop of the Montalban in Hollywood, and blankets are provided free of charge for when the temps start to dip.
